About me

I’m a Learning & Development Leader, People-Centered Strategist, and Culture Builder dedicated to helping organizations grow through clarity, connection, and meaningful learning experiences. I blend empathy with data-driven decision-making to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and design learning that inspires real change — not just completion.

My strength lies in turning complexity into purpose. Whether I’m building leadership programs, guiding organizational change, coaching teams, or supporting leaders through moments of uncertainty, I focus on what matters most: people. I help organizations navigate change with compassion, confidence, and alignment so teams feel prepared, supported, and empowered.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and that grounding shows up in my leadership style — community-centered, resilient, and full of heart. Over the years, I’ve built a career across Minnesota creating spaces where people feel safe to learn, confident to lead, and inspired to grow.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom, deeply involved in my daughter’s education and activities. I also co-run our family business, Revive House Painting, and stay connected to my community through service, creativity, and culture. My family keeps me rooted in why I do this work — they remind me that growth is personal before it’s professional.

Designing structured learning frameworks, curricula, standards, and processes that make training repeatable, scalable, and measurable.

  1. Translating complex initiatives (system implementations, organizational surveys, CEO programs) into training plans and resources people can actually use.

  2. Coaching trainers and leaders so they feel confident facilitating conversations about performance, change, and development.

  3. Building strong partnerships across HR, Operations, IT, and Change Management to move work forward collaboratively.
