UCare launched organization-wide survey work (UCount) to support a high-performance culture and align leadership training with engagement and feedback insights.


My Role

  • Led the survey administration process

  • Supported VPs with mid-year and annual check-ins

  • Facilitated focus groups and leadership training connected to survey results

  • Coordinated survey logistics and department-level readiness

  • Facilitated leader training on performance management and engagement

  • Partnered with HR leadership and external vendors (e.g., Mercer) to design rollout plans and validate data

  • Enabled leaders to use survey data more effectively in department plans
